Fun, Fun, Fun...

Hello everyone! We are very excited for the Super Bowl next weekend!!! Hopefully the Colts will beat the Saints. We are planning a neighborhood Super Bowl party and I will be sure to post photos of all the festivities next week! In the meantime, here is a pic of our littlest Colts fan... Ryan bought a smoker today. Here is a pic of him putting it together. It attaches to the side of our regular bar-be-que. I think he is going to smoke a brisket for all of us to enjoy during the football game. He LOVES to grill, just like his dad :) Have I ever mentioned how much I LOOOOOVE the webcam? Because I do! Here is a pic of me talking to my sister and nephew on Skype. I love our chats. We are so blessed to have access to this technology-AMAZING!!! There is still a little bit of snow on the ground, but a lot of it has melted. Our neighborhood is almost built out. This shot is out our back slider. No more empty spaces...

I FINALLY found a big enough piece of wrought iron to hang on the wall in our front entry way! I have been looking FOREVER and was never able to find what I was looking for until now... I also broke down and bought a single stool to use at the end of our island. Since it really isn't big enough for two, this seat was the perfect size and style to suit our kitchen. Now we can use the island as a work space for our laptop. Also, Ryan can do his homework/grading in the kitchen and keep me company when I am making dinner or packing lunches :) This weekend, the girls went out to Broad Ripple to celebrate Liz's 27th birthday! Happy Birthday to you, Happy Birthday to you....Happy Birthday dear Liz...Happy Birthday to you!!!! Doesn't she look great??? It is so hard to believe she just had a baby!!! She looks AWESOME! In addition to the neighborhood pals, two of Liz's closest friends joined us. Natalie (the blonde is Liz's childhood friend) and I believe Jenn is Liz's friend from Purdue. CHEERS LADIES!!!
